Refund policy
Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it
- Unused and uninstalled
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
To start a return, contact us at info@radsupplyco.org. Once your return request is approved, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with instructions on how and where to send your item.
Returns sent without an approved RMA will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defective product or shipping damage.
Damages & Shipping Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If the shipping box shows visible damage, please refuse the shipment with the carrier.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
- Photos of the damage and packaging
- Your order number or receipt
- The shipping carrier used
- Your contact information
We will review the claim and determine the appropriate resolution.
Claims submitted after 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible for replacement or coverage.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Fabricated parts (including but not limited to bumpers, skid plates, suspension components, and custom fabricated products)
- Custom or made-to-order items
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Products that have been installed, used, modified, drilled, painted, or altered
Due to the nature of off-road fabrication, all fabricated parts are final sale.
Restocking Fees
Approved returns may be subject to the following fees:
- 20% restocking fee on returned products
- 5% processing fee on online orders to cover credit card processing costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Defective items may be exchanged for the same item only.
If you need a different product, the fastest option is to return the item and place a new order once the return is approved.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for securely packaging returned items in the same manner they were received.
We strongly recommend insuring your return shipment for the full value, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
Returns must be shipped within the timeframe specified in your RMA approval.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved or denied.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and credit card providers may take additional time to process the refund.
